Where can I find my order number?

After checkout, we send an order confirmation email that includes your order number and order details. If you created a MYUPONA account, you can also view your order information in your account area.

I placed an order but did not receive a confirmation email. What should I do?

First, check your spam, junk, or promotions folder. If your confirmation email still isn’t there, contact us and we’ll help review your order.

How do I change or cancel my order?

We process MYUPONA orders as quickly as possible, so changes or cancellations may not be available after an order is placed. If you need help, please contact us right away. If your order has not been processed or shipped, we’ll do our best to update or cancel it before it goes out.

Can I update my shipping address after ordering?

How do I apply a discount code or promo code?

How long will my order take to arrive?

MYUPONA ships orders within 24 hours after payment is completed. Orders placed on weekends or holidays begin processing on the next business day. After shipment, orders arrive in as fast as 3 business days.

How do I track my order?

Once your order ships, MYUPONA will email you a tracking link so you can follow your delivery status. You can also contact MYUPONA Support with your order number for help reviewing your delivery status.

What if my order has not shipped yet?

MYUPONA orders ship quickly. Orders placed on weekends or holidays begin processing on the next business day. If your order still shows “processing” after three business days, contact MYUPONA Support with your order number and we’ll review it.

My tracking shows delivered, but my package is not here. What should I do?

Sometimes carriers mark a package as delivered before it reaches your address. Please allow 24 hours and check around your delivery area. If you still cannot locate the package, please contact MYUPONA Support.

What are the benefits of subscribing?

A MYUPONA subscription helps you receive selected products on a recurring schedule, so you do not need to place a new order each time. Subscription orders include the subscription discount shown on the product page and at checkout.

How do I start a subscription?

Head to any product page on MYUPONA.com, select Subscribe & Save [XX%], choose your delivery frequency, and add it to your cart. Your first order ships right away, and your future orders will follow the schedule you selected.

How do I manage my subscription?

Log in to your MYUPONA account and open “Manage Subscriptions.” From there, you can review your subscription details and update your subscription before the next order is processed.

How do I skip, pause, or cancel a subscription?

Log in to your MYUPONA account, open “Manage Subscriptions,” and choose the subscription you want to update. You can skip, pause, or cancel your subscription before the next order is processed.

How do I add an item to my existing subscription?

Log in to your MYUPONA account and open “Manage Subscriptions.” Add the product you want to include, review the updated subscription details, and confirm the change before the next order is processed.

When will I be charged for my subscription order?

Your saved payment method is charged before each scheduled subscription order ships. The billing schedule follows the delivery frequency you selected when starting or updating your subscription.

Can I make changes to my subscription after it has been charged?

Once a subscription order has been charged and processed, changes to that order cannot be guaranteed. You can still update your subscription settings for future orders through “Manage Subscriptions.”

Can I get a refund for a subscription order?

Subscription orders follow the same Returns & Refunds Policy as regular orders. For help with a subscription order, contact MYUPONA Support with your order number as soon as possible.

Can I change the product or frequency in my subscription?

Yes. Log in to your MYUPONA account and open “Manage Subscriptions” to update the product, quantity, delivery frequency, shipping address, or payment method before the next order is processed.

What happens if my payment fails?

If a subscription payment fails, the order cannot be processed until the payment issue is resolved. Update your payment method through “Manage Subscriptions” or contact MYUPONA Support for help.

Can I use a promo code on subscription orders?

Subscription orders already include the subscription discount, so additional promo codes cannot be applied to subscription orders. To use a one-time promo code instead, place a one-time order instead of a subscription.

What is MYUPONA’s return policy?

If something is not right with your MYUPONA order, you can request a return or replacement within 30 days of delivery for items purchased directly through MYUPONA.com. Contact MYUPONA Support before sending any product back.

Can I return opened or used products?

For safety and quality reasons, opened or used products are not accepted for return. Products must be unopened, unused, and in their original packaging.

How do I request a return or refund?

What if my order arrives damaged or incorrect?

Can I exchange one product for another?

MYUPONA does not offer direct product exchanges. To try another MYUPONA product, we will help process your return and guide you to place a new order.

Do I need to pay for return shipping?

For standard returns, return shipping is paid by the customer. For confirmed damaged or incorrect orders, MYUPONA covers return shipping and arranges a replacement or refund.

How will I know when my return is complete?

MYUPONA will send you a confirmation email once your return or refund has been processed. If you do not receive the email after a few days, contact MYUPONA Support and we’ll check the status for you.
